Spam With Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

1 Can spam

2 C sliced green beans (fresh please)

2 cloves garlic

2 T soy sauce (or to taste)

black pepper

canola oil

Directions

Mash garlic and saute in canola oil at med heat

Slice the spam into thick matchsticks sizes and slice fresh green beans into 1 inch pieces and add to the frying pan. Cook until the spam is slightly browned and the beans are al dante. Add soy sauce and saute for about 3 minutes. Add freshly cracked black pepper and serve with hot white rice. MMMmmmm Ono!!!
