Cowboy Breakfast

This is the first dish my boy scout troop made me at my first campout as a scoutmaster.
Ingredients
- 1lb. sausage shopping list
- 1 stick real butter shopping list
- 1 Large onion chopped shopping list
- 5 potatoes chopped shopping list
- 2 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 doz. eggs shopping list
- 1 8oz. bag of Sherdded cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In dutch oven over fire fry sausage (we always made the sausage the day before at home). Drain grease and remove from pan.
- In the same dutch oven add butter, onions, potatoes and green peppers cook till tender.
- Add sausage back in dutch oven mixture and cover.
- In a large bowl add eggs and mix well. Add this to the dutch oven and mix slow so you don't breake up the potatoes.
- When the eggs are done add the cheese to the top cover 3min and serve.
