Serve the BLT trio on warm, golden wheat biscuits for a delicious change of pace from ordinary toast. This is a Pillsbury recipe.

  • 1 (17.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Golden Wheat Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 large tomato slices
  • 1 lb. low-sodium bacon, crisply cooked

Directions
  1. 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to form 5 1/2-inch round. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  2. 2. Bake at 350°F. for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  3. 3. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom side of each biscuit. Top each of 4 biscuits with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices and 4 or 5 strips of bacon. Top with remaining biscuits, mayonnaise side down.
