Marinated Vermicelli Salad

- 8 oz. uncooked vermicelli shopping list
- 1 medium tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped shopping list
- ½ c. chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 (4oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained shopping list
- ¼ c. chopped red onion shopping list
- 2 TB salad supreme seasoning shopping list
- ½ c. home-made or purchased zesty Italian salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cook vermicelli according to package directions until al dente. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except salad dressing. Drain vermicelli, rinse with cold water to cool. Add vermicelli and salad dressing to salad; toss gently to mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
