How to make it

  • Poach the oysters for a few minutes (5-7), until plump. Drain as well as possible.
  • Heat skillet, and add oil.
  • When the oil is very hot, add oysters, onions, ginger, and soysauce, and salt and papper if desired.
  • Cook for a few minutes (5-10), continually stirring to avoid sticking.
  • Serve warm.
