This one is for those people who, like me, don't like veggies hidden in their meatloaf.

This sounds wonderful!!

I bought my meatloaf pan from Wal-Mart. It has one smaller pan with holes in the bottom, that fits into the larger pan, and allows the grease to drain into the larger pan. It makes a tastier, healthier meatloaf, and I recommend getting one, if you enjoy making meatloaf. It also makes draining the grease from the meatloaf SO much easier!

Ok i made this tonight... i split it into 2 meatloaf pans tho and used turkey burger instead of hamburger. and you cant tell the difference! but after an hour n 15 min. it was still a little undercooked. probly because i used 2 meatloaf baking pans tho. thanks for the recipe. i think next time i will use a little more chili powder and a-1 and maybe some red onion in it to give more flavor! thank you

Alterations

If you're not fond of the tomato taste, you can substitute the tomato paste for extra A-1 sauce.

I would add 1 1/2 Table spoons of dehydrated Onion & 4 tablespoons A-1 steak sauce. Paste is to bitter try Catsup's instead.
