How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F° (175 C°). Lightly spray meatloaf pan with Pam non-stick cooking spray.
  • Put crackers and seasonings in a gallon-sized plastic bag. Use a rolling pin or the side of a glass to crush crackers.
  • In a large bowl, combine ingredients and bag of seasoned crumbs, and mix well.
  • Place mixture in prepared meatloaf pan.
  • Mix 3 tablespoons of A-1 steak sauce and 3 tablespoons tomato paste together, and spoon mixture over the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 F° (175 C°) for about 1 hour, 15 minutes, or until center is completely cooked.

    ok i made this tonight... i split it into 2 meatloaf pans tho and used turkey burger instead of hamburger. and you cant tell the difference! but after an hour n 15 min. it was still a little undercooked. probly because i used 2 meatloaf baking pans tho. thanks for the recipe. i think next time i will use a little more chili powder and a-1 and maybe some red onion in it to give more flavor! thank you

    I bought my meatloaf pan from Wal-Mart. It has one smaller pan with holes in the bottom, that fits into the larger pan, and allows the grease to drain into the larger pan. It makes a tastier, healthier meatloaf, and I recommend getting one, if you enjoy making meatloaf. It also makes draining the grease from the meatloaf SO much easier!
