How to make it

  • make base with biscuits and butter
  • press into base ans sides
  • drain cherries,keep syrup
  • place mallows and syrup in saucepan,heat slowly till mallows are melted,leave to cool at room temp,dnt set
  • fold in cherries and cream
  • spoon into crust
  • place in fridge for 6-8 hrs
  • decorate with choc curls

    hi magali,yes you can substitute them with any canned fruit,if you are using fresh fruit you will about a cup of syrup to mix with mallows,thanx!
