Barbeque Shrimp

When we go camping at Hunting Island State park in South Carolina there is a seafood shop that offers shrimp caught that day. We always stop and make this dish with the fresh shrimp. It is very good. It can be used for a main dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1lb medium to large shrimp shopping list
- 1 package bacon shopping list
- Barbeque Sauce (your preferance) shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- skewers shopping list
How to make it
- If you are using wooden skewers put them in water while you prepare.
- Shell and devein shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon strips in thirds.
- wrap one piece of bacon around each shrimp and put on skewer. repeat until all shrimp are wrapped and on skewers. (5 to 6 on each skewer)
- cook on the grill. When bacon is almost done brush with barbeque sauce to finish.

Fantastic and I do not like warm/hot shrimp (I usually only like it chilled with cocktail sauce). Absolutely delicious and easy to make.
