How to make it

  • Being by making dough- or use a premade dough
  • mix water and yeast and sugar wait ten minutes to see if it has bubbled, if it has you can combine in a medium boil flour and yeast. other wise start a new packet.
  • Combine salt yeast/water mix flour and olive oil and mix with hands
  • Put on counter or other hard surface with lightly dusted flour
  • Start to knead about ten minutes
  • put oil in a large boil
  • roll dough into a ball and put in boil get it oily and the boil to
  • cover with clean moist towel
  • let sit for about an hour
  • give it a punch and knead again
  • set it aside for another hour or less, as little as ten minutes
  • While waiting you can start on sauce- or use favorite store bought pizza sauce
  • Mix all ingredients together and simmer for about 5 to ten minutes
  • Let cool before putting on pizza dough
  • preheat oven to 500 degrees
  • slice or dice peppers
  • grate or slice vegan cheese
  • Now you can stretch dough, you can you a rolling pin or your hands
  • however you like to get the shape you want
  • place cornmeal on bottom
  • Place dough on a wooden brick or a pizza pan
  • Now lay sauce
  • peppers
  • and lastly your vegan cheese
  • cook for 8-12 minutes check pizza at 8 to make sure it doesn't burn

    I love the fact that you made your own dough. I use the Vegan Mozzarella for my pizza, grilled cheese, nachos it melts.
    I sometimes make my own Vegan Cheese using "THE UN-CHEESE COOKBOOK" it has all vegan cheese recipes.
