Top as desired. Use a can of cherry or blueberry pie filling, or whatever you want. I like it plain.

This was so simple. I remember my mother, who passed away 35 years ago, making a dessert much like this. I sweetened and thickened some frozen raspberries that we drizzled on the top after we cut it. It was really good. So fast. Light. I'm glad to have this recipe on hand now. Thanks so much for sharing.

Just wanted to let you know how I used your recipe. We have vacation rental cabins and I sometimes provide meals for the guests. The breakfast menu includes a fresh fruit parfait. Voile!! I had always mixed cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon but your recipe is far superior! The layers were beautiful, I used strawberries, fresh pineapple, blueberries, grapes and bananas. Thanks again for sharing.
