How to make it

  • In mixer bowl on medium high speed, cream the cream cheese until soft.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice and beat in until mixed well.
  • Pour into crust and let chill in refrigerator about 2 hours or until set.

    I made it with goat cheese (2.2lb log) and added: powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla (extra), nutella (2 tbsp.), and 1 cup of melted chocolate. Set up perfectly. Good call for a house of lactose intolerant people. Made our own crust too with graham crackers.

    Christmas and Thanksgiving 'tradition', however,
    misplaced/lost the recipe and daughter made it on
    Thanksgiving, great, however couldn't recall if it used one or two cream cheese pkgs. It was
    delish!! Had two 'pies' instead of one as intended. Thanks for the recipe.

    Just wanted to let you know how I used your recipe. We have vacation rental cabins and I sometimes provide meals for the guests. The breakfast menu includes a fresh fruit parfait. Voile!! I had always mixed cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon but your recipe is far superior! The layers were beautiful, I used strawberries, fresh pineapple, blueberries, grapes and bananas. Thanks again for sharing.

    This was so simple. I remember my mother, who passed away 35 years ago, making a dessert much like this. I sweetened and thickened some frozen raspberries that we drizzled on the top after we cut it. It was really good. So fast. Light. I'm glad to have this recipe on hand now.
