Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (regular size, not large)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 oz bar cream cheese (or neufchatel cheese)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
- In mixer bowl on medium high speed, cream the cream cheese until soft.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and beat in until mixed well.
- Pour into crust and let chill in refrigerator about 2 hours or until set.

Just wanted to let you know how I used your recipe. We have vacation rental cabins and I sometimes provide meals for the guests. The breakfast menu includes a fresh fruit parfait. Voile!! I had always mixed cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon but your recipe is far superior! The layers were beautiful, I used strawberries, fresh pineapple, blueberries, grapes and bananas. Thanks again for sharing.
