Marinaded Citrus Grilled Salmon With a Maple Glaze

- ======Marinade====== shopping list
- 4 salmon Filets shopping list
- 1 tea course salt shopping list
- 1 sm. navel orange, zested and juiced shopping list
- 1 sm. lemon, zested and juiced shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tea. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 Tab. chopped tarragon shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3 green onions chopped shopping list
- ======BBQ Glaze====== shopping list
- 1/2 sm. red onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Tab. olive oil shopping list
- 3 Tab. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup dark amber maple syrup shopping list
- 1 Tab. tomato paste shopping list
- 1 tea. curry powder shopping list
- 1/8 tea. liquid smoke shopping list
- 1 tea black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- ======Marinade======
- mix all ingred. together and put in large plastic zip lock bag along with the salmon filets. keep in fridg. overnight.
- ======Glaze/Grill======
- Mix all ingred. together in bowl.
- Grill the salmon skin side down first and add glaze to meaty part. Flip over and cook other side and glaze. cook until desired doneness.
- Leftover salmon is wonderful on top of salad the following day with a citrus dressing.
