A citrus marinade makes this Salmon juicy where the BBQ glaze gives it an amazing kick.

Ingredients
  • ======Marinade======
  • 4 Salmon Filets
  • 1 tea course salt
  • 1 sm. navel orange, zested and juiced
  • 1 sm. lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tea. dijon mustard
  • 2 Tab. chopped tarragon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • ======BBQ Glaze======
  • 1/2 sm. red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tab. olive oil
  • 3 Tab. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup dark amber maple syrup
  • 1 Tab. Tomato paste
  • 1 tea. curry powder
  • 1/8 tea. liquid smoke
  • 1 tea black pepper

Directions
  1. ======Marinade======
  2. mix all ingred. together and put in large plastic zip lock bag along with the salmon filets. keep in fridg. overnight.
  3. ======Glaze/Grill======
  4. Mix all ingred. together in bowl.
  5. Grill the salmon skin side down first and add glaze to meaty part. Flip over and cook other side and glaze. cook until desired doneness.
  6. Leftover salmon is wonderful on top of salad the following day with a citrus dressing.
