Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour the water into a broiling pan. (The water is so the natural oil from the fish doesn't smoke)
  • Place the fish into the broiling pan and season with the salt and pepper to taste. (I do a sprinkle of salt and A LOT of pepper)
  • Coat the top of the fish liberally with the tarragon.
  • Broil on high for 7-10 minutes depending on thickness (and how you like your salmon)
  • **I like mine "just" cooked, so I usually follow the 8 minutes an inch rule. You can test the Salmon by poking a fork into the center. When it is done it will "flake".**
  • Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
