How to make it

  • In pan; mix sugar, brown sugar and syrup over low heat.
  • Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
  • Take off the heat and add peanut butter.
  • Stir well.
  • In a large bowl stir together the corn flakes and peanuts.
  • Add the sugar mixture and mix.
  • Press firmly into a 9" x 13" greased pan.
  • Melt chips and pour over the pressed mixture.
  • Put in refrigerator and cool for 1 hour.
