Ingredients
  • 1/4 head cabbage
  • salt, pepper
  • 3 or 4 servings of Ramon noodle's. These are fresh, not the hard one's from the US, you might find in the 10 cent Ramon pack's. They need to be soft like spaghetti.
  • 3 leek cut fine
  • about 2 cup's of sprouts
  • pork, beef, or chicken what ever you like even fish mostly here they use pork or beef.
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
  • Worcester sauce
  • Fish powder
  • fried flour
  • river sea weed

Directions
  1. Cut the cabbage, leek, and the put the pork in the pan to cook till it's cooked and there is oil or grease in the pan then put every thing in but the sauces. Once it's cooked put the Worcester and okonomiyaki sauce in cook about another 2 minuets and stir the whole time till done. That's it. To Japanese kids this is like french fries or macaroni and cheese to a US kid.

Beautiful pictures! Quick question...what is fried flour? Is it literally flour that's been toasted in a skillet? Thanks for the Post!
