Herbed Sea Bass

- 2 6oz sea bass fillets shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill weed, shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed shopping list
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees
- In a casserole dish add bass, butter, onions, parsley, dill weed, onions, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- cook until fish is lightly browned and flaky (about 20 min)
- serve with sauce over fish
