Tilapia Almandine Recipe

• FILLET OF TILAPIA ALMANDINE (serves 2) shopping list

• 1/4 c. flour shopping list
• 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
• 3/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
• 3/8 tsp. paprika shopping list
• 2 fillets of tilapia shopping list
• 1/8 c. salad oil shopping list
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
• 4 - ¼ slices of pineapple or bananas (optional) shopping list
• 1/8 c. slivered toasted almonds shopping list
• 1/4 c. white wine shopping list
• Coat fillets with mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil in large skillet and brown fillets on both sides. Remove to hot platter. In same skillet combine wine, ginger, lemon juice and brown sugar. Peel bananas and cut into halves lengthwise, or use one slice of pineapple cut into quarters.. Simmer in wine sauce for 2 minutes. Place bananas beside fish, spooning sauce over both. Garnish with almonds. Serves 2. shopping list
