to give boring cupcakes a new taste!
Ingredients
- make my cupcake batter as is but use coconut milk instead of milk shopping list
- pineapple jam shopping list
- roasted coconut shopping list
- icing shopping list
How to make it
- mix batter
- spoon half mixture into cupcake pan
- spoon pineapple jam in centre
- top with batter
- bake at 180 degrees
- once cooled make icing
- add coconut ess and roasted coconut
- ice cupcakes and sprinkle with remaining coconut
