- 8 ounces real butter, at room temperature shopping list
- 1 sprig parsley, minced shopping list
- juice of one lemon shopping list
- salt shopping list
- freshly-ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the butter and parsley and mix until well combined.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Dampen your hands and form the butter into a cylinder shape, about an inch and a quarter wide. Wrap this in plastic wrap.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before using.
- Makes one cup of Seasoned Butter.
