How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the butter and parsley and mix until well combined.
  • Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dampen your hands and form the butter into a cylinder shape, about an inch and a quarter wide. Wrap this in plastic wrap.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before using.
  • Makes one cup of Seasoned Butter.
