Ingredients
  • 8 ounces real butter, at room temperature
  • 1 sprig parsley, minced
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt
  • freshly-ground black pepper

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the butter and parsley and mix until well combined.
  2. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dampen your hands and form the butter into a cylinder shape, about an inch and a quarter wide. Wrap this in plastic wrap.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before using.
  5. Makes one cup of Seasoned Butter.
