Melted Swiss with Onions Sandwich

This is a great sandwich to make when you've run out of lunch meat and are in the mood for a sandwich...This is another one of my dad's recipes that is simple and really delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (or whatever you have in the house) shopping list
- 4 slices of swiss cheese (or more) shopping list
- A few paper-thin slices of onion shopping list
- mustard (to taste - I prefer spicy brown but any will do) shopping list
How to make it
- Place cheese on both sllices of bread evenly.
- Place onions on one of the slices of bread.
- Toast in toaster OVEN or broil on low in regular oven for a few minutes (or until the cheese is melted)
- Remove from oven and add the mustard to either side (to taste)
- "Close" sandwich and enjoy!
- **Please note that you CAN NOT put this in a regular toaster - it MUST be a toaster oven**
