Melted Swiss With Onions Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices of your favorite bread (or whatever you have in the house)

4 slices of swiss cheese (or more)

A few paper-thin slices of onion

Mustard (to taste - I prefer spicy brown but any will do)

Directions

Place cheese on both sllices of bread evenly.

Place onions on one of the slices of bread.

Toast in toaster OVEN or broil on low in regular oven for a few minutes (or until the cheese is melted)

Remove from oven and add the mustard to either side (to taste)

"Close" sandwich and enjoy!

**Please note that you CAN NOT put this in a regular toaster - it MUST be a toaster oven**
