Homemade Pasta

- 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 tbsp EVOO shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the egg and EVOO. If there isn't enough moisture, then you can add water. If the dough is too sticky, then add flour. Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Now if you have a pasta maker, then roll the dough out a little and run through the pasta maker. Otherwise, roll the dough out until the thickness is to your liking and cut with a knife.
- Cooking in boiling water for 5 minutes or thoroughly cooked.
