- 2 pounds beef tips, cut into 1-inch cubes shopping list
- 1 (141/2 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (101/2 ounce) can beef broth, undiluted shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) jar mild picante sauce shopping list
- 1 (101/2 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed shopping list
- 3 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces shopping list
- 1 onion, cut into thin wedges shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 10 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker
- Cook, covered, on HIGH 3-4 hours or until meat is tender
- Stir together 1/2 cup water and flour. Stir into meat mixture; cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour or until thickened.
