I found this recipe online about a year ago and have been making it at least once a month ever since. Every garlic lover should try this at least once.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic-minced
  • 3 pounds chicken-cut up

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a shallow bowl,blend together,bread crumbs,parmesean cheese,parsley,salt,and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan,heat butter and garlic on very low heat until butter melts.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Brush chicken pieces with garlic butter and coat with crumb mixture.
  6. Place chicken skin side up on large foil-lined baking sheet.
  7. Mix together any remaining garlic butter and crumb mixture and sprinkle over chicken.
  8. Bake 1 hour or until juices run clear.
