- coleslaw shopping list
- 1 large cabbage shopping list
- 1 med onion shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1 ½ C. mayo shopping list
- ¼ C. cider vinegar shopping list
- ½ C. granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- CONEY ISLAND SAUCE shopping list
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce shopping list
- ½ C. water shopping list
- 1 T. Worchester sauce shopping list
- 1 T. yellow mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- ½ C. diced onion shopping list
- 1 T. minced garlic shopping list
- WRAP shopping list
- Large flour tortilla’s shopping list
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- ½ C. onion shopping list
How to make it
- COLESLAW
- Shred cabbage, onion and carrots fine.
- Mix next 5 ingredients together and add to grated veggies. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours to meld flavors. Taste for salt and pepper before serving. Keeps 2 days in fridge.
- CONEY ISLAND SAUCE
- Combine tomato sauce, water, mustard, chili powder and salt in mixing bowl; set aside.
- In heavy skillet over med heat, brown ground beef, stirring often to break up any clumps. When just browned, drain grease. Add onion and garlic, and cook for a couple min. Stir in tomato sauce mixture; simmer for 30 min or until liquid is reduced Remove from heat and set aside.
- THE WRAP
- Put a good helping of slaw on tortilla, place meat sauce over slaw. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Roll up and cut in half. Serve with root beer and chips.
