How to make it

  • Soak the beans in water with a teaspoon of baking soda overnight
  • Drain the water from the beans, wash them.
  • In a frying pan mix the olive oil, the sausage and the onion, the hot pepper (if desired), 4-cook it until the sausage and the onion brown.
  • Add the beans the wine and let it evaporate.
  • Add water and cook until the beans are tender and (you can use a pressure cooker).
  • Keep the fire on until the extra water evaporates and it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Add salt as needed
