Creamy Chicken with Tarragon

- 5 chicken breast fillets, cut into 1/2 inch slices shopping list
- 2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped French tarragon shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- fresh ground pepper (to taste) shopping list
- kosher salt (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly season the chicken with the pepper.
- Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat and swirl the oil to coat.
- Add the chicken, in batches, and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.
- Return all chicken to the pan and stir in the tarragon.
- Add the cream, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes (or until the sauce has thickened slightly).
- Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- **I serve with egg noodles and a nice green salad***
