Greek Pasta Salad

- 10 ounces tri-color fusilli shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil, dried shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried shopping list
- 1 large cucumber, diced shopping list
- 1 yellow bell pepper , diced shopping list
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onions, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8- 10 minutes; drain. Retun to pot and mix in olive oil, vinegars, lemon juice, garlic powder, basil, oregano, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, Feta cheese, onions and olives. cover and chill for at least 2 hours, serve cold
