Vegan Coconut Jello

A Jello For Vegans! using Agar-agar- yummy and sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons agar-agar flakes or 4teaspoon agar-agar, powder shopping list
- 1 pinch sea salt shopping list
- 1 small can shredded pinapple shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup pinapple juice shopping list
How to make it
- combine pinapple juice and agar agar in sauce pan and stir until dissovled bring to a soft simmer
- combine coconut milk
- salt
- shredded coconut
- and pinapple cook an additional minuted after you bring to a simmer
- chill until jelled
