A Jello For Vegans! using Agar-agar- yummy and sweet!

Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons agar-agar flakes or 4teaspoon agar-agar, powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 small can shredded pinapple
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pinapple juice

Directions
  1. combine pinapple juice and agar agar in sauce pan and stir until dissovled bring to a soft simmer
  2. combine coconut milk
  3. salt
  4. shredded coconut
  5. and pinapple cook an additional minuted after you bring to a simmer
  6. chill until jelled
