Not a fan of regular pie crust like me? This is a wonderful recipe that you could use any kind of nuts that go with the filling.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup confection sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts [your choice]
  • 1/2 cup butter [softened]

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl & mix with hands till completely blended
  2. Form into the bottom & up the sides of a pie pan
  3. Prick the bottom only of crust with a fork all over
  4. Bake @400 degrees for 10-15 minutes till lightly browned
  5. Let cool completely and fill with filling of your choice
