How to make it

  • Cream together peanutbutter,shortening and vanilla. Gradually add brown sugar, beating till light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each.Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with milk.Fill cupcake liners placed in cupcake tin 1/2 full.Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or till tested done. Cool and frost
  • Icing
  • Blend peanutbutter and sugar, add enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
  • I also use this icing to frost chocolate grahm crackers halves for a quick cookie in summer time.
