Layered Lemon Recipe

Ingredients

First layer:

2 c. flour

1c. butter

1 c. chopped pecans

Second layer:

2 (250 g.) pkg. cream cheese

1 c. icing sugar

1 c. whipping cream

Third layer:

2 lemon pie fillings prepared according to package directions.

Fourth layer:

2 c. whipping cream

2 tbsp. icing sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

First Layer:

Mix together until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Second layer:

Beat cheese and sugar together. Beat cream until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust.

Third layer:

Pour over cheese layer.

Fourth layer:

Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Spread over lemon layer.
