Layered Lemon

I love this dessert; it says "springtime" like none other. Lemon combined with a creamy cheesecake layer, it is nothing short of Nirvana. And did I mention the shortbread base?
Ingredients
- First layer: shopping list
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 1c. butter shopping list
- 1 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- Second layer: shopping list
- 2 (250 g.) pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c. icing sugar shopping list
- 1 c. whipping cream shopping list
- Third layer: shopping list
- 2 lemon pie fillings prepared according to package directions. shopping list
- Fourth layer: shopping list
- 2 c. whipping cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp. icing sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- First Layer:
- Mix together until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
- Second layer:
- Beat cheese and sugar together. Beat cream until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust.
- Third layer:
- Pour over cheese layer.
- Fourth layer:
- Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Spread over lemon layer.
