Layered Lemon Recipe

How to make it

  • First Layer:
  • Mix together until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
  • Second layer:
  • Beat cheese and sugar together. Beat cream until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Third layer:
  • Pour over cheese layer.
  • Fourth layer:
  • Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Spread over lemon layer.
