This is a very good frosting for any coconut cake or plain white or yellow cake... It really dresses up a cake.. Its yummy... its another recipe that has made the rounds down thru the years....

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 pkg fresh frozen coconut
- 12 oz cool whip
Directions
- Mix sugar and sour cream.
- Add coconut and cool whiip
- This recipe is ample for 2 cakes.
- Or 1 4 layer cake
- Or you may use half the frosting and freeze the other half
