How to make it

  • Add all ingredients to the boiling stock in a saucepan.
  • Keep it covered for 15.-20 minutes until all vegetables are cooked well in high flame.
  • Add the seasonings one by one when the vegetables are well cooked.
  • To garnish sprinkle with chopped spring onions/cilantro. Serve hot.
