Italian Meatloaf

This is a loved and very desired Dish in my home. Kids will surely love an Italian Meatloaf if they love Pizza.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1 16 oz jar pizza sauce ( set 1/2 C aside) shopping list
- 1 bell pepper ( red or green or mix it up). shopping list
- 1 cup Italian bread Crumbs shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 TBSPN milk shopping list
- 1 bag mozzarella cheese ( Do not mix in use at end for topping) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together all ingredients except your Cheese. As For Pizza Sauce dont forget to Save a 1/2 cup in fridge for later use. DO Not add Cheese Yet.
- Spray your cooking pan you use. I use a square glass pan
- Put your meat over into the pan and shape it to fit your pan
- Bake 1 hour ( varies with ovens may take a lil longer to cook make sure its done) pull out pour remaining 1/2 Cup of Pizza Sauce all over top Sprinkle with little or Lots of Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat till cheese is melted
