Italian Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs Hamburger

1 small onion

1 16 oz jar Pizza Sauce ( set 1/2 C aside)

1 bell pepper ( red or green or mix it up).

1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 egg

2 TBSPN Milk

1 bag Mozzarella Cheese ( Do not mix in use at end for topping)

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Mix together all ingredients except your Cheese. As For Pizza Sauce dont forget to Save a 1/2 cup in fridge for later use. DO Not add Cheese Yet.

Spray your cooking pan you use. I use a square glass pan

Put your meat over into the pan and shape it to fit your pan

Bake 1 hour ( varies with ovens may take a lil longer to cook make sure its done) pull out pour remaining 1/2 Cup of Pizza Sauce all over top Sprinkle with little or Lots of Mozzarella Cheese

Heat till cheese is melted
