Creamy Beetroot Salad

A creamy salad that's perfect with cold meats or smoked fish. Why not try a classical Swedish open sandwich with lettuce, cold meatballs and a dollop of this creamy salad!
Ingredients
- 6 pickled beetroots shopping list
- 2 sourish apples shopping list
- 100 ml mayonnaise shopping list
- 100 ml crème fraiche shopping list
- 1 tbsp horseradish, grated shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp yellow onion, grated shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the apples. Cut the apples and beetroot into very small cubes.
- Mix mayonnaise, crème fraiche, horseradish and onion.
- Fold the beetroots and apples into the sauce. Taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
