A creamy salad that's perfect with cold meats or smoked fish. Why not try a classical Swedish open sandwich with lettuce, cold meatballs and a dollop of this creamy salad!

Ingredients
  • 6 pickled beetroots
  • 2 sourish apples
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml crème fraiche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow onion, grated
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon juice

Directions
  1. Peel the apples. Cut the apples and beetroot into very small cubes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, crème fraiche, horseradish and onion.
  3. Fold the beetroots and apples into the sauce. Taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
