Easy Shrimp Brushetta Like Red Lobsters

I love red lobsters shrimp brushetta, and finally found a recipe simalar. I hope you enjoy! I add frech tomatoe, and minced garlic. It;s optional, and very versitial
Ingredients
- 1 med. red bell pepper seeded, and finely mnced shopping list
- 1 med green bell pepper seeded, and finely minced shopping list
- 1 small red onion grated shopping list
- 1/2 lb. small shrimp canned or fresh shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. Fontina cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. white cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/2 loaf French bread cut into 1/2 inch slices shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, except bread (of course!!)
- Spread mixture evenly over bread slices
- Bake in 350 degree oven 6 min, or until cheese melts.
- Can sprinkle parmasean over top if you would like
