I love red lobsters shrimp brushetta, and finally found a recipe simalar. I hope you enjoy! I add frech tomatoe, and minced garlic. It;s optional, and very versitial

Ingredients
  • 1 med. red bell pepper seeded, and finely mnced
  • 1 med green bell pepper seeded, and finely minced
  • 1 small red onion grated
  • 1/2 lb. small shrimp canned or fresh
  • 1 1/2 c. fontina cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 loaf French bread cut into 1/2 inch slices

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except bread (of course!!)
  2. Spread mixture evenly over bread slices
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven 6 min, or until cheese melts.
  4. Can sprinkle parmasean over top if you would like
