Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F
  • Boil broccoli, onion and red pepper until slightly cooked on high heat
  • Add ground pepper and salt, to taste
  • Reduce heat and pour in cream of celery soup, cheddar cheese, jalapeños (if using) and milk and mix well
  • Mix in cooked rice and stir everything together
  • Pour mix into a baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan and basil on top
  • Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot
