Ingredients
  • 1(2-LAYER) PACKAGE SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
  • 1 ( 4-OUNCE) PACKAGE CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING MIX
  • 1(10-OUNCE) BOTTLE COLA SOFT DRINK
  • 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 4 EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • MOCHA FROSTING:
  • 1/4 MELTED BUTTER
  • 21/2 TABLESPOONS BAKING COCOA
  • 3 CUPS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP OF STRONG BLACK COFFEE

Directions
  1. COMBINE THE CAKE MIX, PUDDING MIX, SODA, VEGETABLE OIL AND EGGS IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL BLENDED.
  3. SPOON INTO A GREASED 9X13- INCH CAKE PAN.
  4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
  5. LET STAND UNTIL COOL.
  6. SPREAD WITH MOCHA FROSTING OR OTHER FAVORITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING.
  7. MOCHA FROSTING:
  8. BEAT 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER AND 21/2 TABLESPOONS BAKING COCOA IN A MIXING BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER.
  9. ADD 3 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR AND 1/4 CUP STRONG COFFEE AND MIX WELL.
