Just a nice cake made with a Melon Liqueur.Hope you enjoy
Ingredients
- Midori Cake: shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 (3oz) box Instant pistachio Pudding shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup good cooking oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup Midori shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. coconut flavoring shopping list
- Midori Glaze: shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup Midori shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tablsp. butter shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. coconut flavoring shopping list
How to make it
- For Cake, Mix all the ingred. for about 4 minutes an medium speed
- Pour into well greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degree for 50 to 55 minutes
- Cool in pan 15 minutes , then remove from pan to cool
- Mix the Glaze ingred. and beat until smooth
- Glaze cake while it is slightly warm
