How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350
  • in a casserole dish, add the chicken breasts, sprinkle with oil and spices
  • add about an inch of water and cover, bake an hour.
  • In a large saucepan add the juice and water from the chicken, tomato paste, spinach, garlic, ginger and milk, simmer for at least 20 minutes until thickened, salt it and slowly add chunks of butter until glossy and delicious
  • Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy!
