Ingredients
  • 8 digestive cookies (or other favorite cookie)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 cup Dulce de Leche
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups custard, ready made
  • shaved semi-sweet chocolate to garnish

Directions
  1. Put the cookies in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Slice bananas and mix with the Dulce de Leche.
  3. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in the custard.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into the base of 8 glasses. Spoon half of the Dulce de Leche mixture among the glasses, followed by half of the custard mixture. Repeat these layers, reserving a few crumbs for the top.
  5. Sprinkle tops with chocolate shavings and reserved crumbs.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
