Dulce de Leche Fool

You can substitute different cookies or different fruits but it will always be good. Dulce de Leche can be found in most supermarkets these days or on line. It's worth looking for.
Ingredients
- 8 digestive cookies (or other favorite cookie) shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 4 bananas shopping list
- 1/2 cup Dulce de Leche shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 2 cups custard, ready made shopping list
- shaved semi-sweet chocolate to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Put the cookies in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Slice bananas and mix with the Dulce de Leche.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in the custard.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into the base of 8 glasses. Spoon half of the Dulce de Leche mixture among the glasses, followed by half of the custard mixture. Repeat these layers, reserving a few crumbs for the top.
- Sprinkle tops with chocolate shavings and reserved crumbs.
- Chill until ready to serve.
