I made these for a small dinner. There were just 6 of us & they all dissapeared.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into roll.
  3. Refridgerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 1/4" slices.Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
