- salt and pepper 1/8 teaspoon shopping list
- onion-1-finely chopped shopping list
- green pepper-1-finely chopped shopping list

How to make it
- Cut your potatoes the dry thoroughtly between kitchen towels
- Place your butter in pan and melt, add flour and mix and cook for a short while,
- Remove from heat and add the cold water(water must be cold)
- Stir until thoroughly mixed
- Add saffron, and salt and pepper
- In Butter baking dish put down a layer of potatoes, chopped onion, green pepper, mushroom pieces and a little of the sauce
- Repeat until the dish is full
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours,Do not turn the potatoes while baking.
- Sometime milk tends to become a little lumpy and has a poor appearence, the butter will lend enough dairy richness to the dish.
