How to make it

  • Peel potatoes then boil lightly in salted water then drain well and cube.
  • Sauté garlic, onion and chilies in oil until onion is golden.
  • Add potatoes and milk then stir carefully.
  • Add cheese and eggs and cook just enough to heat through.
  • Serve immediately.

    Sounds good, but doesn't this need flour like a white sauce with all that milk? I don't get it as far as how it would be - kind of runny it seems. ?
