Ingredients
  • 3 CUPS sweet POTATO SPEARS
  • 1/2 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 1 TSP CHILI POWDER
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TBSP LIME JUICE
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
  • 1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1/4 TSP GROUND BLACK PPPER

Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400F DEGREES IN A LARGE BOWL, STIR TOGETHER ALL INGREDENTS ADD POTATOES AND MIX UNTIL EVENLY COATED PLACES POTATO ON BAKING SHEET BAKE 20MINS THEN TURN COOK FOR ANOTHER 10MINS
