Ingredients
  • 1 can cherry pie
  • 4 C. sugar
  • 7 C. cut rhubarb
  • 1 box sure jell
  • 2 (6 oz.) boxes raspberry jello

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a large sauce pan.
  2. Let set for 10 minutes. Heat to boiling for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in jello. Mix well and pour into jars.
  4. Allow jam to set.

Not sure. I've never stored it in the freezer. Honestly, I've never stored it at all. It just doesn't last long enough around my house. My kids are PB&J freaks! LOL.


This is a great adaption and I will freeze some Rhubarb for when the fresh Cherries come in.

My blueberries will be ripe around the same time, the Rhubarb shoots up and I will use the original recipe now.
