  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices good swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream-of soup of your choice
  • 2T dry white wine
  • 1 c Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix (Blue label bag"

Directions
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a microwave-safe container. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of swiss cheese. Combine the soup and the wine, and spoon over the cheese covered chicken breasts. Cover all with the stuffing mix. Microwave on medium power until chicken is cooked through -- cooking time will vary depending on your microwave.
