Yogurt Banana and Oat Muffins

- 115g Non Fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 100g porridge oats shopping list
- 1 Large egg - beaten shopping list
- 50g vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons water shopping list
- 140g Self-Raising flour shopping list
- 3 Ripe mashed bananas shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 50g brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Ripe mashed bananas shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 50g brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 200C. 390F.
- Mix the yogurt, egg, oil and water together.
- Mix the flour, sugar, porridge oats and cinnamon together.
- Mix in the wet ingredients to the dry.
- Add the mashed bananas and fold into the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tins that are lined with paper cases.
- Cook for 15 minutes - until the top is golden brown and 'springy' to touch
- Allow to cool.
