Ingredients
  • 115g Non Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 100g Porridge Oats
  • 1 Large Egg - beaten
  • 50g Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 140g Self-Raising Flour
  • 3 Ripe Mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 50g Brown Sugar
  • 3 Ripe Mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 50g Brown Sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 200C. 390F.
  2. Mix the yogurt, egg, oil and water together.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, porridge oats and cinnamon together.
  4. Mix in the wet ingredients to the dry.
  5. Add the mashed bananas and fold into the mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins that are lined with paper cases.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes - until the top is golden brown and 'springy' to touch
  8. Allow to cool.
