This dish is perfect for a hot summer day. You can serve it in a barbecue while talking to your friends.Try it it is awesome.

Ingredients
  • 10 tomatillos husked and diced very small
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 2chipotles chopped or to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Drops of lemon
  • 1 cup panela cheese cubed (Very mild flavor and it´s not fattening)
  • Tortilla chips to serve.

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients but the tortilla chips
  2. serve cold with the chips.
  3. You can also make this with whole tortillas toasted in the microwave,whwn they are nice and crunchy you put some refried beens on the top,and then the tomatillo.
  4. Enjoy!!!!
