Curry Fish Pie

This dish is fast easy and yummy! You can also alter the ingredients depending on whether you want to make it cheap or more gourmet
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 3 or 4 rashers of bacon shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes shopping list
- 2 tbsp plain flour shopping list
- 1\4 tsp curry powder shopping list
- two large pieces of smoked fish (salmon works best. If you want to go cheap you can use a 450g tin of salmon, but the smoked version is nicest) shopping list
- milk shopping list
- grated cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes and mash them
- Fry onion and bacon
- Add the flour and curry powder to the onion and bacon.
- Add as much or little milk as you like, depending on how wet or dry you want your pie, and mix until all the ingredients are blended together.
- Break the fish into flakes and add to the pan, you may need to add more milk to keep the mix moist.
- Put the mix into a baking dish, top with the mashed potato and grated cheese and grill until brown.

I hope rashers is slices. Cause a ration of bacon for me is about 8 slices. Sounds great, will try it with smoked Mullet. ^5
