How to make it

  • Place salmon filets in baking dish
  • slice onion thinly and cover salmon with slices
  • sprinkle with dill weed
  • pour wine over fish to cover and bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or untill fish is well cooked but not over done
  • While fish is poaching chop cucumber finely and place in bowl
  • sprinkle with salt. let sit
  • When fish is done add yogurt and dill to cucumbers. Mix well
  • Place one salmon filet on plate and cover with sauce. This is wonderful with little new potatoes and asparagus.
